In reading or contributing to the DoingFlorida Tips or Discussion Forums you are agreeing to abide by our Terms of Use as detailed on this page.

Firstly, we are not responsible for the content of any contribution – in all cases the messages represent the views and opinions of the contributor, and not the views or opinions of DoingFlorida. The Tips Board contains tips and advice from various contributors which have been grouped together into this one central location. In some cases the name of the original contributor is shown, in others it has not been provided and is shown as 'DoingFlorida'. In either case we are not responsible for the content, it remains the personal view of the original author.

Because contributions can be made on a real time basis, we are unable to monitor the content of all contributions as they are added.

Anyone who identifies a message which they believe to be offensive, misleading or inaccurate should contact us via the main menu giving the title of the post and the time and date of addition. The message will then be reviewed and may be amended or deleted. It is not possible to guarantee the timescales for this action, again due to the real-time nature of the Discussion Boards.

By using the Discussion Forums you are agreeing that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, racist, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.

Although DoingFlorida does not and cannot review the contributions posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these contributions, we reserve the right to delete any message without giving an explanation. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the DoingFlorida team and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission and storage of your contribution.

Pyramid schemes, chain letters and solicitations are not allowed on this site.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use you agree that DoingFlorida and it's affiliated websites may re-publish and/or reproduce any of the information you post on the boards without prior notice. We may change these rules and regulations at any time as we see fit, and for any reason we deem apprpriate.
