The new Calabay Parc Resort is located on the US Highway 27 between the junction with Interstate Highway 4 and the 192 making all the attractions easily accessible. Hampton Lakes is a prestigious development located on Highway 27, 4 miles south of the junction with the 192. Facilities include floodlit tennis courts, children's area and beach volleyball court. There is also a beautiful communal pool with cabana – a great place for older children to meet - and Lakeside Picnic areas. Supermarkets, banks and shopping malls are only minutes away.

4. Highlands Reserve

Highlands Reserve is situated on US 27 in a peaceful location with its own golf course and with tennis and a communal pool. It is in a peaceful location and only 20 mins (10 miles) from Disney. For the golfer the Highlands Reserve par 72 championship course is only a stroll away. Right next to highlands Reserve is a Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, banks and a liquor store.

5. Indian Creek & Rolling Hills

Indian Creek and Rolling Hills Estates are situated in an excellent location and is one of the nearest communities to Disney, being just 4 miles away. There is a grocery store, drug store and a variety of restaurants just a mile away. The community also has a children’s playground, football field, basketball court and tennis courts, putting green, cycling/jogging track and a games field.

6. Legacy Park

Legacy Park is situated south west of Orlando, and only 15 minutes from Disney World. Just a few minutes drive on the US 27 and one mile south from the Highway 192,this convenient location has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and great shopping all close by and is one of the newest estates in the area.

Windsor Hills Resort was built in 2005 and is located in Kissimmee just 5 minutes, or 2.1 miles, from the entrance to Walt Disney World. The resort is a gated community with 24-hour guard, and features a luxurious water park pool, clubhouse, shop, fitness room and 52-seat movie theatre. Tennis & basketball courts, putting green, and also plenty for the kids as the themed playground actually has a castle with drawbridge! This is an amazing luxury resort that is as close to Disney as many of their own properties.
